Why turn vegetarian while traveling? Simple: the greens are good. When you eat vegetarian leaves you a lot of unhealthy menu items like burgers and red meat. And that changes in your diet the better!
Skip unhealthy breaks - do not keep the stop for coffee, do not go beyond Starbucks all the time and not order a three-course meal as soon as you enter a restaurant. Obviously, I simply say jump unhealthy aid breaks. Just to give you another tip: buy a bottle of water instead of walking into a coffee whenever you are thirsty and bring your own snacks with you.
